How to Retrieve Your Serial Number
To generate your unique PIN, we need the serial info printed on your radio casing:
- Remove the radio unit from your dashboard using standard release keys.
- Locate the white sticker on the top or rear metal casing.
- Copy down or take a picture of the the Serial Number (S/N) staring with A2C.
- Enter the number in the required field above and click Add to Cart.
Please note:
Where the radio has been replaced with new or second hand unit – the mileage counter will remain flashing. This requires synchronisation with the the rest of the cars modules and cannot be done by code. We can synchronise the head unit with the other modules for an additional £50 at our offices or as an outcall if the code is purchased from us.
